Frequently asked

Straight answers on how we work, what it costs, and what to expect. Still unsure? Just ask.

What does Jackson Client Solutions actually do?

We're a smart-operations consultancy. We find where your business loses time to manual work, redesign the workflow, and automate what's left — so your team stops drowning in busywork and you can scale without piling on headcount.

How is this different from hiring an automation freelancer?

Most automation work fails because it automates a broken process — you just get faster mess. We start with lean-ops discipline: eliminate and simplify the work first, then automate only what should remain. You're never paying to automate work that shouldn't exist.

What does it cost?

A Smart Ops Audit is a fixed $1,500, and that fee is credited toward your first sprint if you book within 14 days. Sprints run $3,500 to $8,000 depending on complexity, and ongoing retainers are $2,000 to $4,000 per month. Everything is fixed-scope and fixed-price — no hourly meters.

Do I have to start with the audit?

Yes, and it protects you. The audit makes sure we automate the right thing instead of guessing, and because the fee comes off your sprint, it effectively pays for itself.

How long does a sprint take?

Two to four weeks. Each sprint delivers one clear outcome — a live automation, a working dashboard, or a documented process — plus a one-page SOP and a walkthrough.

What tools do you work with?

We're tool-agnostic and meet you where you are: common CRMs, spreadsheets, intake and form tools, and the major automation platforms. The audit identifies the right fit for your stack rather than forcing a particular product.

Is my data and compliance safe?

Yes. We're GRC-minded by default — we make your operations faster without putting your compliance at risk, and we document everything we build so nothing lives only in one person's head.

Who actually does the work?

You work directly with a senior operator — a U.S. Air Force veteran — from start to finish. Fixed scope means you get senior attention, not a junior hand-off.

What's the “sister firm” you mention?

When a project surfaces an ADA or accessibility-compliance need, we refer you to an independent partner firm that specializes in it — so you get a true specialist rather than a stretch.
